Return and Exchanges

 

The maximum period to return and exchange is within 10 days after the order is created. Please kindly note the terms and conditions below before proceeding with a return or exchange:

  • Only products that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in their original packaging can be processed for return or exchange.
  • Before opening the package, you are required to create a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video and take several photos for the return or exchange process.
  • If you choose to exchange the product you have purchased with the same product, please inform us about the new size and color you want.
  • If the product chosen is not available, we will give store credit instead.
  • If you wish to exchange the purchased product for a different product, we will first refund it in the form of store credit for you to purchase again.
  • Your products can be exchanged once (1 TIME ONLY)
  • Please note that we also do not provide pick-up service for returns and exchanges
  • Sale and markdown items are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable

How to make returns and exchanges:

  • Please note that the shipping cost from the customer to us will be covered by the customer, while the shipping cost of the replacement item will be covered by us.
  • If the return is due to receiving a different product from the one that you ordered, we will cover the entire shipping cost.
  • For product returns/exchanges on international orders, the rules are as follows:
    - If the return is due to our error, we will cover the shipping and customs fees.
    - If the return is due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and customs fees.
